2 The current minor release is eligible for standard support. Problems can also be reported for earlier releases; any bug fixes will be included in a future release. Previous minor releases are also eligible for support. An additional contract (see 3) is required for this. Alternative requirements can be mapped via Support Plus.

Information on the Lifecycle Phases
General Availability
- The latest major version of a product is usually in the General Availability phase.
- This version is actively developed further.
- It is recommended to always use the latest minor version.
Extended Support
- Lifecycle phase after the release of a new major version.
- Critical bugs will continue to be fixed.
- The Extended Support period should be used to plan the migration of a solution to the current major version.
Mature Support
- The Mature Support phase is only available for extension products marked accordingly, please contact us if you have any questions.
